Position: Designer/ Design Director/ Creative Director

Our client is a renowned interior architecture design firm specializing in interior and exterior property design and construction project management. It has been serving some of the most well known local and multinational corporations across China. Based in Beijing, our client is now looking for an experienced Designer to lead and manage a team of 20 designers in the servicing of large corporate accounts for their office interior design needs.

Requirements

• Interpret client’s requirements and develop powerful and creative solutions
• Develop effective presentation solutions, to conduct face-to-face presentation of concept and designs to clients
• Provide support, reinforcement, guidance, motivation and direction to a few design teams, and manage, coordinate and lead projects from creative concept to final production
• Work with other departments to gather all resources needed for pitch and design execution and management
• Bachelor degree in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent. At least 5 years of experience in corporate office design projects, including conceptualizing design for large open space especially for extensive international exposure and experience in overseas design projects
• Knowledge of China market is advantageous.
• International talents with English (a must) and basic Chinese language skills would be advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, team player, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
