Job Scope
Reporting to senior management of the Division
In Charge of R&D team in leading battery development, testing and research projects
Ensure overall product manufacturability
Oversee and manage process control
The role is located in either Hong Kong or Guangzhou, China

Requirements
Degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/ Material Science. PHD/ Master would be an advantage
Good command of English and Chinese
Background and experience in battery design and development (rechargeable lithium technology will be an asset)
Track record of new product development
Possess a good vision for future technological development
Strong passion for product excellence and customer satisfaction
Mobility to travel when necessary
